Sales DirectorHaving worked for several of the biggest estate agency groups in the UK over the past 11 years, George has a wealth of experience in the property industry. He is passionate about providing the best possible service for his clients and wanted to be involved in creating a company that genuinely puts the client first and gives the agents the freedom to be able to provide this.
As a director and co-founder of Nest Associates, he uses his extensive industry knowledge to oversee all the important compliance matters for the company and its associates.
When he isn’t busy selling houses, he can probably be found either cheering on Taunton Town or Bristol City Football Clubs or spending time with his wife, Charlotte and daughter, Rose and looking after their horse, Trigger.
Gemma Holdsworth
Sales DirectorGemma has been property obsessed since the age of 19 when she bought her first house to renovate with her now husband, Adam. After catching the renovation bug, she continued for the next decade working as a developer in her hometown of Taunton.
After working as an estate agent throughout the Westcountry selling some of the finest homes and acting for high net worth individuals, Gemma quickly realised the customer experience could be made so much better, less stressful and even exciting for sellers and buyers alike.
It was this frustration with the industry that spurred Gemma and her fellow co-directors to create Nest Associates. Where we empower our agents by giving them full autonomy and accountability to run their own business and do their very best by their clients.
As well as the day job of estate agency Gemma ensures the smooth sailing of customer journeys as well as keeping the boys in check.
Joseph Beauchamp
Brand DirectorWorking 28 years with the UK’s largest high street retailers specialising in design and marketing. Having also trained as a professional digital retoucher for a number of years he has developed a keen eye for detail.
Joseph has since focused on high-end brand and identity design working with major labels within the fashion industry, television and publications throughout the world.
Recognised internationally as a highly motivated creative and skilled designer with huge experience in high-end advertising and promotional work.
Adam Holdsworth
Managing DirectorAdam has worked in property since leaving college, working his way up from trainee coffee boy through to Regional Director. Managing offices throughout central London, England, Wales, Ireland and the Channel Islands with a well-rounded experience and knowledge of dealing with all types of bricks and mortar, from starter homes to some of the world’s most luxurious properties.
Immensely proud of his team and the reputation they have built, Adam thrives on the day-to-day buzz of a fast paced business and is passionate about creating a company unlike no other where the customer is centric to every decision that is made. Adams expertise lie in finding the very best property professionals and helping them achieve their own personal goals.
Married to co-founder Gem, Adam shares 4 children, 2 dogs and 8 chickens! If Adam is not at his desk he will most likely be found pottering round the garden with a glass of his favourite somerset cider.
