Tom Mitchell

Tom started his estate agency career in 2010 when he joined a large national agency as a junior apprentice at the age of 18 and has flourished ever since. The majority of Tom’s career has seen him gain valuable experience working for a number of local and established agencies covering a wide variety of property types from flats, apartments and traditional housing estates to manor and country houses. These career experiences have gained Tom a wealth of property knowledge and secured him as an extremely well-regarded sales professional. 

Tom thrives on the everyday activities of meeting and interacting with his clients and prospective purchasers. Having observed the market closely in the last few year years, he has seen the gradual decline of the direct and hands on approach from most traditional high street agencies and strongly believes the increased use of modern marketing and sales methods alongside the all-important personal touch will pave its way to a brighter future. The intelligent and creative use of social media and modern video advertising will see Tom’s creative juices flow in preparing all properties for sale in the best possible light. Being a true people person, Tom believes in great customer service which is the key to his past and continued success.

Residing locally in Gillingham with his wife Justine and their two young children, Tom is on hand to deliver that personal and tailored service. Out of working hours and when the weather suits, Tom can be found searching for his lost ball on many of the local golf courses! He hasn’t given up yet.
