Kim Herbing

Kim has worked in the property industry for over 20 years. Her estate agency career started back in 2002 in Weybridge, Surrey for an independent agent, where she was quickly asked to help set up another office for the company, and she successfully managed this office for seven years. Within her career in the property industry, Kim has also worked for the leading American international real estate company RE/MAX selling their franchises, and for other Wiltshire based agents on a freelance basis taking pictures and creating property details. 

Kim has lived in Wiltshire for nearly 15 years and following a short break in her career to have children, she became the manager of Winkworth Marlborough where she transformed the office to a high performing branch that won Marlborough’s Best Estate Agent in The British Property Awards multiple times! Kim is now a Nest Associate, where combined with a huge passion for property, she is highly dedicated to giving clients a first-class professional service with honest advice, and has an excellent understanding of marketing to help stand out from competitors. Outside of work Kim loves nothing more than spending time with her husband, two girls and cockapoo Bobby making happy memories.
