The village of Cannington lies on the edge of the Quantock Hills (An area of outstanding natural beauty) Just 5 miles north west of Bridgwater, this village is very accessible. With the A39 taking you straight to the village from the M5.  Cannington has a number of historic buildings, such as Gurney Manor, Blackmore Farm and the Priory, which is now a Grade 1 listed building known as Cannington Court. There is also an iron age fort on the hill above the village. Today the village hosts a number of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

Why we love Cannington - The village has so much history and character. It is a wonderful place to have a walk around. Nestled on the edge of the Quantocks, you don’t need to venture far for some stunning views.
